SES Remain a Key Draw for Retailers

It might be Vienna, Ljubljana or Maribor – when international brands are planning to enter a market, they very often specifically select shopping centres managed by SES Spar European Shopping Centers.

The latest debuts in Austria and Slovenia prove that SES locations are top addresses for strong brands with international appeal. With the market launches of KIKO Milano in July and Fashion&Friends in the fall, SES welcomes two strong retail brands making their debut in Slovenia. And as further proof of how attractive the SES locations are, the international brand HIGGINS is launching at HUMA ELEVEN at the end of August.

The latest store openings underline a clear trend: SES shopping centres are not just retail locations, but vibrant environments with a high customer footfall, a great variety of brands and architectural quality. International retailers value this and specifically opt for SES to make their debut.

Christoph Andexlinger, CEO SES Spar European Shopping Centers: “We are thrilled that international partners see our shopping destinations as their first choice for their market entry. With our focus on the highest quality standards and our customers’ needs, we successfully create the framework conditions that drive the brands and delight people.”
