Touchwood, the West Midlands’ leading retail and leisure destination, has further strengthened its luxury offer with the arrival of beauty store Space NK at the Solihull scheme.
Space NK has committed to a 10-year lease on a 3,648sq ft premises located in a central position within Touchwood’s Crescent Arcade.
The arrival of Space NK expands what is already the region’s foremost retail line-up. It joins existing brands at the destination including Apple – which recently tripled its presence at the scheme – John Lewis, Zara, Mango, Miele and Oliver Bonas. Further additions to the retail offer are posed to complete in the coming weeks.
Following its acquisition of Touchwood in 2021, owner The Ardent Companies (Ardent) and asset manager Sovereign Centros from CBRE have implemented a strategy focused on diversifying the scheme’s tenant mix and offer, bringing in new retail brands, dining options and leisure operators to expand the visitor base.
