Stack & Still, operators of the UK’s largest urban pancake and licensed bar venue, has officially launched its second-ever restaurant at Hammerson’s flagship destination in Glasgow, Silverburn. The brand held a hugely popular VIP event on Wednesday 10 July, and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive.
The newly opened dual-level restaurant is located in Silverburn’s Winter Garden and has a dedicated food and drink area seating up to 185 customers. Stack & Still’s pioneering range of food and drink options are made using the finest locally sourced ingredients, and customers will be able to choose from a huge range of possible pancake flavour combinations.
Commenting on the new addition, David Pierotti, General Manager at Glasgow Silverburn, said: “We’re always looking for ways to broaden the mix of food and drink options at Glasgow Silverburn, to make sure we provide unique experiences for our customers, and Stack & Still certainly offers something different and exciting. Because the brand is based in Glasgow, the team really know what our customers are looking for, and I’m sure their innovative new restaurant will be popular.”
Paul Reynolds, co-owner of Stack & Still, added: “Silverburn has a strong reputation for high footfall and our launch has been a great success, especially benefitting from the evening cinema trade, and we know from our first restaurant in Glasgow City Centre just how popular our menu is. We look forward to serving our extensive collection of pancakes at the thriving food scene in the Winter Garden.”
Alongside Stack & Still, Glasgow Silverburn will be welcoming Fun Street, a new children’s leisure concept which will be ideally located adjacent to the destination’s other leisure offers – Cineworld and PureGym.
