The company has opened the Starbucks Reserve Dream Plaza Taipei in Taiwan, marking its largest flagship in the market and the largest ‘greener store’ in the Asia Pacific region.
Located in Taipei’s Xinyi District, the store spans 2,000sq m and operates 24/7. It features a multi-zone design highlighting Starbucks Reserve coffee, innovative culinary offerings and sustainable design elements.
At the centre of the store is the Siren’s Lounge, a first-of-its-kind concept in Asia Pacific, offering a menu developed in collaboration with renowned chef Andre Chiang. Customers can enjoy a menu paired with specialty mocktails and spirit-forward drinks while taking in panoramic views of Taipei’s skyline.
Other highlights include the Mixology Bar, where baristas craft signature coffee cocktails like the Espresso Martini Flight and Brandy Espresso Bliss. The location also introduces Taiwan’s first Teavana Bar, serving sparkling tea infusions and seasonal blends.
Two new experiential zones, the Sensory Room and Coffee Experience Room, will host workshops and tastings led by coffee experts, aiming to give customers a deeper dive into coffee’s origins, flavours and brewing methods.
