The UK-born modern Asian concept is launching a three-level dining, bar and pool destination in the Ciel Tower.

Tattu, the award-winning modern Asian restaurant brand born in the UK, is set to make its international debut in Dubai this September. It will be located within the striking multi-level peak of Ciel Tower, the soon-to-open world’s tallest hotel located at Dubai Harbour.

Building on its cult success across cities like London, Manchester and Edinburgh, Tattu Dubai will be the first global outpost for the Permanently Unique Group, founded by the brothers Adam and Drew Jones.

Spanning three dramatic floors, the Dubai flagship will comprise Tattu Restaurant & Bar, Tattu Sky Pool and Tattu Sky Lounge & Terrace.

At level 74, Tattu Restaurant & Bar promises opulent interiors inspired by ancient mythology and modern artistry, paired with refined à la carte and tasting menus celebrating contemporary Chinese and Japanese cuisine. Guests can expect panoramic views over Dubai Marina and The Palm, along with a Sunset Lounge designed to showcase the city’s golden hour.

On the 76th floor, Tattu Sky Pool is set to become Dubai’s most coveted pool destination, claiming the title of the world’s highest infinity pool, says the brand. It will feature 50 daybeds, Japanese-fusion flavours, premium bottle service and curated DJ-led events.

Completing the triad is the Tattu Sky Lounge & Terrace, positioned at the tower’s pinnacle as the world’s highest fully air-conditioned open-air terrace. The space transforms throughout the day, offering elevated afternoon tea with sky views and evolving into a high-energy lounge after dark with curated music, DJ performances, cinematic views and an innovative cocktail menu.
