The leading Argentine brand in accessories and lifestyle belonging to Blue Star Group (BSG), Todomoda, has just taken another step in its business plan and opened its second beauty store in the city of Buenos Aires.
Located at number 1609 of the iconic Avenida Santa Fe, the concept store is entirely dedicated to Todomoda’s Beauty line, which began as a capsule collection three years ago and stands out for being 100 per cent vegan and cruelty-free, certified by PETA and for offering gender-neutral products.
Building on the company’s “phygital” experience, the new store is heavily invested in this trend with new technologies such as tablets for trying on products with augmented reality filters and signage with virtual tutorials.
In turn, it boasts a team of beauty experts specialising in cosmetology, ready to offer advice to the entire #tmbeautyfam community who visit the store for a 100 per cent personalised experience.
“We work on the self-care concept and use technology so the community can learn more about the products, from screens with makeup and skincare tutorials to products with QR codes to learn about their composition and use. These initiatives are very much in line with what our community asks for every day on the brand’s digital profiles. We have a strong community on social media and we want to replicate that experience by allowing them to interact with each other and also with the textures and shades of the products,” explained Valeria Sandá, Category Manager of Todomoda Beauty, in a statement.
