Indonesian coffee chain Toko Kopi Tuku (Tuku) has opened its first European store in Amsterdam, expanding its global foray after a pop-up in Seoul last year.
The new store, launched in partnership with Roemah Indonesia, aims to adapt to the Dutch market while spotlighting Indonesian beans such as Aceh and Toraja. Its menu includes signature drinks like Kopi Susu Tetangga alongside food options tailored for local tastes.
“After our positive experience with Hejo, we are confident that international coffee lovers will warmly welcome Tuku,” said Rina Radinal Maksum, Co-Founder of Roemah Indonesia.
What began in 2015 as CEO Andanu Prasetyo’s small kiosk in Jakarta’s Cipete district Toko Kopi Tuku has since evolved into a cafe chain across Indonesia. The brand aims to run 72 stores worldwide by the end of this year.
