Wayfair to Open New Denver Site

The online home furnishings giant continues to expand in brick-and-mortar and will open its next large-format retail location at The Shops at Northfield in Denver, in late 2026.

Spanning two floors, the approximately 140,000sq ft store will showcase Wayfair’s vast assortment, including “Verified” items, a program that spotlights the brand’s “most-trusted” products. It will feature 19 departments, from furniture and housewares to appliances, mattresses, florals and decor, as well as dedicated areas for design services.

Wayfair opened its first large-format store in May 2024 at Edens Plaza in Wilmette, Illinois. Based on its success, the company said it is accelerating the momentum of its physical retail expansion. In addition to its newly announced Denver outpost, Wayfair will open at The District at Howell Mill in Atlanta in 2026 and at Ridge Hill in Yonkers, New York in early 2027.

“As we expand our physical retail footprint into new regions across the US, we remain focused on delivering an exceptional shopping experience that brings the best of Wayfair to life,” said Liza Lefkowski, VP of Merchandising and Stores at Wayfair. “With our Denver store, we’re thrilled to introduce Wayfair to new customers – from our unbeatable selection, to personalised design service and the flexibility to shop wherever they want.”
