The company is expanding its partnership with Hilton Hotels by converting four of its properties in Thailand and Japan into Hilton’s luxury brands.
These include LXR Hotels & Resorts in Phuket and Niseko Village and Tapestry Collection and Curio Collection properties also in Niseko Village. The move enhances YTL Hotels’ luxury footprint across Asia, responding to the rising demand for luxury experiential travel.
Kasara Niseko Village, The Green Leaf Niseko Village and Hinode Hills Niseko Village are all situated within YTL Hotels Niseko Village Ski Resort at the base of Mount Annupuri, providing direct access to the area’s renowned ski slopes, luxurious wellness amenities and culinary experiences. Kasara Niseko Village is being converted from the existing eight-villa Kasara Niseko Village Townhouse, while The Green Leaf Niseko Village is a transformation of the current 200-room hotel of the same name, which will join over 170 hotels in The Tapestry Collection by Hilton. Meanwhile, Hinode Hills Niseko Village is expected to become Japan’s second Curio Collection by Hilton property, adding to a global portfolio of over 180 luxury properties, infamous for their distinctive architecture.
The Rawai Phuket – nestled along the southern tip of Phuket, overlooking the serene shores of Rawai Beach and Kasara Niseko Village will become part of LXR Hotels & Resorts’ global portfolio, including nearly 20 properties worldwide. This curated collection of independent hotels celebrates the spirit of adventure, offering guests personalised service and immersive luxury through the brand’s ‘Pursuit of Adventure’ program, launched in April 2025 and designed to foster meaningful connections and promote authentic local experiences at the hotels.
