Hammerson is pleased to announce the expansion of fashion brands of the Inditex Group, Zara and Pull&Bear, at Dundrum Town Centre. They are the latest occupiers to invest and grow at Dundrum Town Centre as Hammerson continues to enhance the offer with high-profile international brands and diversify uses across the destination.
Zara is investing to upsize its Dundrum Town Centre store with a significant upgrade and refurbishment, with the footprint increasing by 43%, from 26,300 sq ft to 37,700 sq ft.
Pull&Bear is also investing significantly with an internal relocation which will treble its existing footprint from 2,477 sq ft to 8,394 sq ft.
It is expected the Pull&Bear expansion will be completed later this year, while Zara’s enhanced offering is to open in 2026.
New entertainment and leisure concepts have also helped to diversify the offer for customers, bringing in the after-hours economy at Dundrum Town Centre. Lane 7 recently opened a new 14,500 sq ft entertainment space in January, which includes bowling, augmented darts, floor shuffle, curling, ping pong, pool and dedicated karaoke booths.
