The company has reopened its Dubai Mall unit with a new design that merges Italian craftsmanship, Middle Eastern influences and digital innovation.
The retail space merges modern innovation with timeless Italian design, reflecting the brand’s long-standing commitment to the Middle East luxury market. The reopening reinforces ZEGNA’s regional presence, offering customers an immersive shopping experience in one of Dubai’s most prestigious retail destinations.
The store integrates the brand’s global design language with local craftsmanship, featuring site-specific details and artisanal collaborations that anchor the store in its Dubai setting.
At the heart of the new concept lies a harmony between natural materials and Italian aesthetics. The signature backlit wooden façade now forms a sculptural wave around the boutique, complemented by travertine stelae symbolising fluidity and permanence. Inside, the store is divided into two distinct zones: a grand, double-height space at the entrance and a more intimate, softly lit area beyond. A standout feature is a full-height, backlit leather wall with dual sliding panels – introduced here for the first time in a retail environment.
The store also showcases handwoven tapestries by Sardinian atelier Mariantonia Urru, solid wood tables by Riva1920 and travertine and oak herringbone floors, all combining to elevate the tactile experience. Adding cultural depth are artworks inspired by Born in Oasi Zegna – the visual chronicle celebrating the brand’s 115-year history and its 100 square kilometre natural reserve in northern Italy.
The boutique also introduces ZEGNA X, an interactive service allowing clients to design personalised wardrobes from 49 billion possible combinations. Powered by a 3D style configurator, ZEGNA X bridges physical and digital retail, enabling clients to order and receive their custom pieces worldwide within four weeks.
