Erajaya Beauty and Wellness, a business vertical of Erajaya Group, announced its cooperation with CARiNG Pharmacy Retail Management Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of 7-Eleven Malaysia Holdings Berhad, with the signing of a joint venture agreement.
Through this JV agreement, they will establish PT Era Caring Indonesia, which will cooperate with PT Era Farma Indonesia in running a network of pharmacies and health services under the name Apotek Wellings.
The first Wellings outlet in Indonesia is planned to open in the 2nd quarter of 2022 in Jakarta and will be followed by other locations in Indonesia’s main cities. Wellings Pharmacy is expected to bring a revolution in the pharmacy retail industry and pharmaceutical products.
Wellings Pharmacy will provide prescription filling services, drug consultations, nutrition, supplements and other health products, health consultations and rehabilitation, with a convenient shopping experience and competitive prices, escorted by full-time pharmacists who are on stand-by to provide active consultation on consumers.
Wellings Pharmacy will also operate a best-in-class e-commerce platform to ensure an integrated consumer experience wherever and whenever they choose to shop, whether online, on mobile devices or at retail outlets.
