The French pastry concept has opened with a pop-up location in Hong Kong.
Located at Landmark Atrium Food Court in Hong Kong, the Le Dessert at Landmark pop-up will be available until October 15, offering guests a number of decadent treats such as their signature and summer Pavlovas and jarred desserts. Priding themselves on utilising French ingredients such as cream from the Normandy region, customers are sure to experience a touch of luxury at the pop-up store.
In a time where health and fitness are frequently found close to the top of a person’s priorities, Co-Founder and CEO Julien de Préaumont is confident that this concept is perfectly suited to a market that still indulge in a decadent moment.
He says: “Although everyone is obsessed with healthy living, Asian people cherish those times of celebration when they can indulge themselves with friends and family. This is the exact meaning of Le Dessert in French. It is the last part of the meal where you just enjoy the present moment.”
