The Mountain Thriller Ride, Bumper Tubes and the Crystal Carousel have all opened.
The Snow Park Abu Dhabi, which is being touted as the world’s largest snow park, is scheduled to be completed in the later part of this year. The attraction will occupy a huge area of 125,000sq ft and will be divided into different whimsical zones. The Snow Park will be kept at -2 degrees centigrade with a 500mm covering of snow.
Now open as part of the attraction are the Crystal Carousel, an ornate carved twinkling carousel featuring the animals of the Enchanted Forest, The Mountain Thriller Ride and the Bumper Tubes. Also expected to open later on in the year, are the Snowflake Garden which will be perfect for families wanting to enjoy the snow together. This area will allow visitors to enjoy snowball fights and build snowmen. The Enchanted Tree will offer a number of exciting snowy activities and the Blizzard’s Bazaar, a retail outlet offering souvenirs and gifts from the park.
The company has described the new park: “Snow Abu Dhabi will deliver truly enchanting experiences for the whole family.
