Located at Dubai International Airport Terminal 3, the high-tech robot known as Rahal will answer travellers’ questions around Covid-19.
Rahal is intended to ease travellers upon entering Dubai International Airport and its main roles are to welcome travellers and explain the most up-to-date health and safety measures that are currently in place, as the pandemic continues to evolve, many travellers can be confused around what the latest protocols.
In a time where it is absolutely critical for tourism to begin again, particularly for those countries that heavily rely on the income bought in to the economy through tourism, the Airport hopes that Rahal will create a more at ease atmosphere in the terminal
A report explains that Rahal “advises everyone to be careful to achieve physical distancing, and to clarify the procedures that they will pass through in the examination area, in addition to a lot of educational and awareness-raising tips and information on Coronavirus.”
