Set to open in October, this will be the world’s first Bear Grylls inspired explorers camp.
Known as one of the world’s most recognised faces in outdoor adventure, Bear Grylls has taken on many endeavours often in the eye of the public on TV shows such as You vs Wild and Man vs Wild. This latest challenge will see the launch of a new adventure style training camp located in Ras Al Khaimah. The new camp will be run by expertly-trained by instructors who will offer visitors of all ages and abilities the chance to learn some of the British adventurer’s top tips and techniques.
Participants will receive training in practical and extreme survival techniques that would prepare them to undertake some of the toughest terrain in the wilderness.
“Following on the announcement of the Bear Grylls Explorers Camp last year at the Arabian Travel Market (ATM), we are thrilled to debut this one-of-a-kind experience in October. Within a larger global context, the launch of BGEC represents both innovation and resilience during what has been a very challenging year for the travel and tourism industry.” says Alison Grinnell, Chief Executive of RAK Hospitality Holding.
