Located at Hunts Cross Retail Park in Liverpool, the new store occupies a space of 1350sq m across two storeys.
The Danish retail chain sells a selection of household goods such as mattresses, furniture and interior decorations and this new store will offer the range of ‘Scandi-chic’ homeware and furniture. The opening of this Liverpool store is part of the brands larger plans to open a further six stores in the UK before the end of the current fiscal year. With the retailer stating that they remain committed to their current expansion plans despite the difficult circumstances that have been suffered as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Jenny Johnston, JYSK Sales and Marketing Manager for the UK & Ireland commented: “Liverpool remains an ever-popular choice as a shopping destination. That coupled with the scale of the city and its inhabitants means it is an exciting opportunity for us. Crucially, we have ensured, just like with all our stores that it is a safe and enjoyable place to shop under the current COVID-19 circumstances.”
The store will open to the public on October 17.
