The store is located in Sant Cugat del Vallés which is one of the most prosperous cities in the province.
Initial work began on this new Primark store at the end of 2019, despite the global pandemic slowing down progress; the store has now officially opened its doors to shoppers. Occupying a space of 4800sq m, the new store features Primark’s on trend and affordable collections. The façade is framed by two aqua blue glass windows at the entrance, on either side there are two twin windows that show the interior of the store.
The store is an L shaped open plan layout which creates perfect visualisation of the entire space, creating a feeling of spaciousness and tranquillity.
Broadway Malyan worked on the Primark project and the company have commented: “We are very happy with the final result in Sant Cugat. We have a one-story store with a great height that has allowed us to take advantage of the possibilities of its spatial clarity by providing a spaciousness and luminosity that perfectly identifies with the new store concept that Primark is looking for.”
