Located in Atlanta, this store is the first that the retail brand has opened after liquidating last year.
Charming Charlie has had a rocky journey since it was founded in 2004 by Charles Chanaratsopon. The retailer has emerged from two bankruptcies, the first of which left the brand with a much smaller portfolio and under the ownership of the company’s lenders. The second bankruptcy led to the full liquidation of the retailer’s physical store business.
Charming Charlie has been recognised for their lead in the retail revolution, offering thoughtfully-curated collections that spark creativity and individuality through the combination of their signature colour schemes and classic design elements.
The retail brand had planned to reopen a physical store earlier in the year however this was delayed due to the ongoing effects of the Covid-19 global pandemic. Following this initial launch, the retailer does plan to roll out more locations towards the end of the year, the first of these being in Maryland next Friday.
