The furniture retailer is expected to open this new store on Thursday, October 22.
JYSK are specialists in Nodric decoration and furniture. Founded in 1979 following the hygee philosophy, the furniture retailer intends to create serenity, harmony and happiness through their products. Currently the company creates decorative products as well as rest and well-being products for the home, and also offers customers a personalised customer service.
The brand has already announced that they intend to operate 100 stores within Spain and Portugal by 2021 and so far JYSK is already well under-way with this goal, currently operating 70 stores in this market. These 70 stores have generated around 1000 jobs, a great boost for a retail economy that continues to struggle amid the Covid-19 pandemic.
Following this store opening, the brand intends to continue with their rapid expansion both regionally and internationally.
