The brand has announced that their e-commerce sales have risen by 400 per cent.
In a continuation of the change in consumer behaviour that has seen more and more people shopping online, the fashion and beauty chain Lovisa has enjoyed a huge surge in their e-commerce sales. Digital store fronts are now available in all eight of the brands major markets around the world and the company intends to continue developing and implementing a strategy that highlights this growth in the e-commerce sector.
Like many others, the brand has struggled with sales in their physical stores and while most of these have now been able to reopen, 30 are store closed across Melbourne ad with Australia and New Zealand being the business’ most profitable market, the brand has undoubtedly felt the effects of these store closures. However, the brand remains positive and is on track to roll out a further physical presence to complement their e-commerce offering in their eight major markets.
Commenting on the news, Lovisa said: “Our strategic plans remain in place, we are ready to continue our store roll out and we continue discussions with our landlords globally as we believe current circumstances will create further opportunities for expansion of our store network.”
