Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers only opened its doors on October 1 and already has an impressive portfolio of dining options. The restaurant is the latest to launch alongside a number of other restaurants including Tori No Su, BiCE, Ray’s Bar and Nahaam.
Guests dining at Moksh will be treated to a contemporary selection of tapas-style dishes that utilise fusion elements. The chefs provide guests with authentic cuisine from North India that have been created using modern cooking techniques such as gelification, spherification with presentation techniques such as deconstruction, dry ice and nitrogen.
The brand also prides itself on using responsibly sourced ingredients to ensure freshness and quality.
