Lootah Real Estate Development has broken ground on their new lifestyle retail hub, Ewan Retail located in Ewan Avenue.
Set to occupy a space of 15,000sq ft, Ewan Retail will offer several retail shops, a gym, and a hardware store. Numerous dining options catering for a number of tastes will also be housed in the lifestyle hub. The project intends to address growing demands of residents in Ewan Residencies and other communities of Dubai Investment Park.
