The food service concept has launched two new brands including Luisa’s Burritos & Bowls and Revival Pizza.
Mad Radish was founded in 2017 by David Segal and the concept is all about gourmet fast food and now the company is a family of gourmet fast foods. According to Segal, the concept was formed following his move from America which has an abundance of on the go dining options to Canada, where there’s a void in the market. The latest of these brands to join the portfolio is Luisa’s Burritos & Bowls and Revival Pizza.
Segal comments: “Luisa’s is an authentic South American ingredients. Revival is Neapolitan style pizza with a modern twist. And all three brands share this philosophy of gourmet fast foods. The idea is basically is food that’s made quickly but doesn’t compromise on flavour or on quality. It’s very simple ingredients at the highest quality. It’s food that’s made to order but built to travel.”
