The Californian-Mexican restaurant has finally opened up their first location in the UAE at The Palm’s West Beach.
First launched by Victor Bergeron in 1964, the cuisine at Señor Pico is inspired by Bergeron’s travels in Mexico. The brand offers re-energised classics and new favourites with a vibrant and spicy streak appealing to a wide range of diners.
Guests to the restaurant can enjoy a menu that is filled with torta sandwiches, tacos, seasoned rotisserie meats, crispy quesadillas filled with cheese as well as many more classic dishes that use aromatic spices, chillies and other key ingredients that have been sourced from Mexican states, Jalisco and Michoacan. Also on the menu are a number of the brands iconic cocktails that include the Mexican Zombie, Pico’s Pomelo and Pinky Gonzalez.
Manuel Gastelum, General Manager at Señor Pico commented: “We are proud and happy to bring our unique Mexican beachfront dining concept to the dazzling emirate. Located on the West Beach boardwalk of the Palm Jumeirah, Señor Pico offers traditional Mexican dishes with an early Californian influence that focuses on fresh and healthier ingredients.”
