The destination will become home to some of the biggest names in media, entertainment and gaming.
The 270,000sq m project is being developed by twofour54 and the company has stated they expect the project to create as many as 16,000 jobs by the end of 2031. Upon completion, Yas Creative Hub will feature five towers to be built around Media Boulevard, a 23,000sq m park and 6000sq m plaza. The destination will also boast 6500sq m of studio and production space as well as an amphitheatre, parks, cafes and restaurants.

Construction work is currently around 75 per cent complete and the first of the three phases is expected to open in Q4 of 2021.
