The two real estate development companies will partner to build and open Viviana Mall in Nagpur, India.
The new mall, which is expected to occupy an area of 1 million square feet, is backed by an investment of Rs.650 which is consistent with the land valuation and construction costs. An MoU has been inked with a formal agreement expected to be signed in around a months’ time.
As well as becoming a key hub for international brands, well-established in the area or debuting in the market for the first time, Viviana Mall will also boast significant space for entertainment and food and beverage operators to enhance the customer experience. Aman Sethi, Managing Director, Sethi Group commented: “This will be the first large scale retail development in Nagpur. We intend to house the best global brands under one roof and become the entry point for many premium national and international brands in the city.”
Nagpur is a key location and Viviana Mall is expected to become the largest retail space in the area, neighbouring on to other key destinations including Ramdaspeth, Dharampeth, Dhantoli, Pratap Nagar and Laxmi Nagar.
