Construction has started on the luxury outdoor resort, which is expected to open in the Spring of 2021.
Located just less than a mile from Kings Island Amusement Park in Ohio, the new $27M development will occupy an area of 50 acres and house 73 cottages and 164 full-service RV spaces, with plans to add an additional 100 cottages in the future.
There will be a wide range of activities available at the resort including ponds, walking trails and a family activity pool as well as an adult only pool, which both offer cabana facilities. Guests can enjoy a casual dining experience at the outdoor cantina or alternatively The Grand Lodge will offer a signature indoor/outdoor restaurant and bar area. There’s also an exercise facility and a selection of shops located in The Grand Lodge.
