The new agreement will see Little Dragon Group own and operate five locations across areas including Brisbane and Melbourne.
The Boiling Crab, which was founded in 2004 is known for providing delicious varieties of crab, crawfish, lobster and shrimp. The company now operates 20 locations across the US as well as one in Shanghai and after announcing intentions to launch in Australia two years ago, has finally appointed state master franchisees for Queensland and Victoria.
The new partnership is with Little Dragon Group a top Asian catering company based out of Australia. Eddy Chen, Little Dragon Group’s Interstate General Manager and Financial Controller, commented: “There are very few restaurants that focus on boiling seafood with different seasonings, however the industry still has a huge potential to expand and we are excited to bring the flavours and tastes of The Boiling Crab down under.”
