The new 4-star all-inclusive hotel has opened at Nakheel’s Deira Islands and claims to be the first 4-star all-inclusive beachfront resort in the emirate.

Guests of the Riu Dubai, which is a joint venture between Nakheel and RIU Hotels and Resorts, can enjoy staying in one of the 800 rooms and suites, which mostly offer stunning sea views. Other amenities at the hotel include a splash park, three swimming pools, two children’s pools, water sports, a fitness centre, a beauty salon, a kids club and 10 food and beverage outlet.

The all-inclusive nature of the hotel offers guests a wide range of dining options including Asian, Italian and Lebanese dishes. There are also live cooking stations where guests can enjoy breakfast and lunch as well as snacks and drinks in the bar.

Luis Riu, Chief Executive Officer of RIU Hotels and Resorts, commented: “This is a unique opportunity to offer all our experience with the 24-hour all-inclusive product – so popular among our European and American customers – in a completely new destination.”

The new hotel is a positive sign of the returning tourism to Dubai following the periods of global lockdown as a result of the Coronavirus.
