Stack and Still to Open in Braehead

The UK’s largest pancake restaurant group is set to open in Glasgow’s Braehead shopping Centre on December 14.

The new location, taking over from Handmade Burger Co in the heart of the shopping centre, will boast a pancake menu offering over 10 million possible combinations that will include gluten free, dairy free, vegan and protein selections. The unique pancake menu will use the best locally sourced ingredients and will include savoury signatures such as the ‘Big Breakfast Stack’ as well as sweet ranges including ‘Nutella and Mascarpone’ and ‘Blueberry and Peanut Butter’.

Stack & Still Braehead will feature 120 socially distanced covers and create over 20 new living wage jobs for the area. Stack is the creation of Scottish entrepreneur Paul Reynolds who is joined by friend and co-founder Graham Swankie in the Stack & Still roll out. Paul has a proven track record in creating innovative service-focussed concepts with the multi-award winning Gin Spa, Gin71 and Cup venues forming part of his business portfolio.

Reynolds said “The current challenges for the hospitality industry really allowed us to take stock of our business and we could see how much our loyal customers were crying out for us to reopen, and the response to our reopening was so inspiring for us as a business to show us that we have something truly special to offer.”
