The restaurant chain has announced that it will begin to franchise in Spain with plans to begin their expansion plan in 2021.
The company has appointed Juan Olave, Chief Executive Officer of the Drake Group to increase its presence through its own restaurants and franchisees. The pizza restaurant currently has 75 restaurants across Spain and Portugal. The partnership expects Papa John to grow its presence in the Iberian market, with an expected increase of 180 per cent in the next three years.
The expansion plan will see Papa John’s will create value for all of its employees, customers, suppliers, owners, communities and franchises.
