The new service allows customers to create custom t-shirts that are made to fit their own exact measurements.
Made for You gives customers the option to customise a number of features on the t-shirt including the neckline, sleeve type, shirt length and fit on the t-shirt. There is also a variety of colours and fabrics to choose from including lightweight 56 per cent pima cotton, 38 per cent modal, 6 per cent elastane tri-blend or medium-weight 100 per cent pima cotton.
To make use of the service, customers need to provide their height, weight, body style and two photos that can provide measurements for their custom fit. A virtual double is then created from this submitted information so that customers can see how products fit before buying.
The t-shirts are available to Amazon Prime members in the US along with standard shoppers and are priced at $25.
