The hotel in Downtown Dubai has been sold to Evergreen Hospitality for a price of $204M.
The property, which features 169 hotel rooms and 551 apartments as well as a number of F&B outlets, opened for business in January 2020 and was the eighth property under the Address Hotel brand.
The deal will see Emaar continue to manage the property and also retain their ownership of the Sky Bridge restaurant located in the tower.
The deal is expected to be closed on January 15.
