An agreement has been signed that will see IKEA and Bershka both lease retail space in the Mall.
GTC Bulgaria, part of GTC Group has signed agreements with both IKEA and Bershka to lease retail space. IKEA plans to take an area of 1200sq m and will open their concept store in May 2021. Bershka will also open their store, which will occupy an area of 800sq m in May.
Danny Bercovich, Country Head at GTC Bulgaria, commented: “GTC has a long and successful history in the Bulgarian market. It is strategically important for us to develop our portfolio here and invest further, especially as we see a growing demand for premium class office and retail space.”
