The new slick cocktail bar, located at Hotel Indigo, Downtown Dubai is now open to guests.
The heart of the new cocktail bar is its dedicated works created by local artists. An installation by local artist Max Cramatte celebrates the quirks and colours of local signage, whilst graffiti art from Paul Bruwer and Syrian artist Baseem Rayyes, add an industrial affair.
The cocktail menu consists of drinks that are focused on expressive local flavours, and created with unique house-distilled spirits, homemade ingredients and quality crafting. The Off The Wall Special menu consists of Ryder’s Negroni, made of Bombay, Campari, Sweet Vermouth and Ryder’s Espresso; Truffle Maker – infused with Truffle Tequila, Port and Red Wine Syrup and the Off The Wall Mojito, made with Kraken Spice Rum, Lime, Gulab Extract, Angostura Bitters, Kaffir Lime and Mint, along with a number of other cocktails and unique drinks.
There is also a menu of light bites with a pan-Asian spin, designed to transport guests to the smells and sounds of Asian street food. Guests can enjoy Truffle Fries, Edamame, Tah-Tah Ki, Mariner’s Choice and Shanghai Chicken.
The cocktail bar is open now from 5pm – 2am.
