Located in the Seventh Heaven complex in Dubai’s AlBarari, Third Wave Café is inspired by Japanese teahouses.
Founded by an Emirate entrepreneur known as the Bespoke Barista, the Third Wave Café offers bespoke specialty brewing and coffee mixology and offers customers stunning views of the greenery and river located nearby.
With an extensive menu, there is something for everyone. ‘Signatures’ features drinks such as the Seventh Heaven, which is an oat-milk coffee drink; the Amaro, an enhanced version of the Amaro drink originally invented by the Italians; the Albarari Long, which is the perfect drink for those who love black coffee and Designer Teas also provides a large choice of both hot and cold tea mixology.
The Bespoke Barista, commented on the new concept: “At Third Wave, we have taken the basic elements of the coffee-making process such as the bean type, water, temperature, pressure, flow rate, grinder size and so on that greatly affect the coffee’s chemistry to create curated and specialty drinks that our customers love.”
