The new, bigger and better store will be located in the Tampines Mall in Singapore.
The new store pays homage to the very first neighbourhood that the brand entered in Singapore 12 years ago. Spanning two stories, Uniqlo Tampines is around twice the size of the original store and is anticipated to open on February 5.
“Tampines is the first neighbourhood Uniqlo served when it opened in Singapore in April 2009 and it holds a special place in our heart. With much appreciation for the support given to us over the decade, we remain committed to offering a better LifeWear experience for our consumers with the new store,” commented Joyce Tan, Marketing Director at Uniqlo Singapore.
To celebrate the launch of the new Tampines store, the brand will run an Instagram campaign for its followers to share their memories of the original Uniqlo store in Tampines.
