Westfield Valley Fair Collaborates with Kitchen United

The collaboration will see Kitchen United’s to-go operations and MIX multi-concept ordering technology platform launch at the shopping centre.

Kitchen United’s MIX platform is the future of takeout and delivery, and is the nation’s first ‘Multi-Restaurant Ordering’ to-go experience. The MIX concept allows foodie fans to order from multiple restaurants in one transaction.

Kitchen United are now offering their hardware and technology solutions to a myriad of business models, allowing them to deliver an exceptional to-go food experience. The implementation of the MIX technology at Westfield Valley Fair will allow shoppers to order from their favourite restaurants whilst safe at home, with the added convenience of being able to order from a number of concepts all on the same bill.

Restaurants located within Valley Fair can utilise the MIX platform to facilitate inbound to-go orders. Once fulfilled, orders will be placed in to lockers for pickup or transported via a state of the art vertical conveyor belt to the ground floor pick-up station to be collected by drivers.

“Our partnership with Kitchen United introduces a new and convenient way for guests to experience their favourite food items on-the-go, while also driving increased revenue to our restaurant partners,” says Kate Diefenderfer, Director of Marketing for Westfield Valley Fair.
