Fritz Frank Schuhe und Sport KG, Bretzenheim will launch at the Gründau-Lieblos retail park near Hanau.
The tenant has leased two retail spaces of approximately 2,400sq m in total on a long-term basis from January this year. Fritz Frank operates more than 40 specialist shops in the shoe and sports fashion sectors (e. g. Frank Schuh Palast, Sport Fink, Quick Schuh) and employs more than 400 staff members.
The retail park in Gründau-Lieblos, about 25 minutes from Frankfurt am Main, comprises five retail units of approx. 21,000 sqm and has about 600 parking spaces. The main tenants are Bauhaus and Media Markt; a Rossmann drugstore rounds off the tenant mix. The properties are part of the “Kinzigtalzentrum” with more than 80,000sq m, which is easily accessible via the neighbouring A66 motorway for over 400,000 people in the immediate catchment area.
