The partnership will see the development and launch of 10 new hotels in Germany over the next five years.
The first two hotels to open under this partnership will be the Hilton Garden Inn Herne and Hampton by Hilton Bottrop. The Hilton Garden Inn Herne will boast 154 rooms and will be located in Shamrock Park. Amenities at the hotel will include a lobby restaurant and bar, an on-site shop, a 60sq m gym and three meeting rooms.
The Hampton by Hilton Bottrop will feature 108 rooms and benefits from a key location in the city centre on Berlin Square, making it ideally situated close to both business and leisure destinations in the city. The hotel will be situated in a shopping centre redevelopment and will be close to retail outlets and a large cinema complex.
Both of the hotels will be operated under franchise agreements between Hilton and Signo.
