A Superdry franchise store will occupy the ground floor of the Waterstones building and Robert Goddard’s designer clothing store will open on the first floor.
The new signings total an area of 7,100sq ft of Lincolnshire Co-Op’s £70M redevelopment of The Cornhill Quarter, which on completion is anticipated to deliver in excess of 150,000sq ft of mixed use commercial floor space. The development has attracted some major retailers including Phase Eight, Hobbs and Whistles.
Oliver Tookman, Chief Executive Officer, Aldrich Group, commented: “Lincoln is definitely a place that has been growing and positively evolving in the last few years and we are delighted to be opening our franchised Superdry store and our very own Robert Goddard in the Cornhill Quarter.”
Ursula Lidbetter, Lincolnshire Co-Op’s Chief Executive, added: “We got feedback that people were keen to see more men’s fashion, so it’s great to welcome these superb new additions to The Cornhill Quarter line up. We continue to progress our long-term vision to create a destination for residents and tourists alike.”
