Galliard to Begin Work on New London Mixed-Use Scheme

The development on Oxford Street will see the incorporation of 92 apartments and 9,939sq ft of ground-floor retail space.

The news comes following Galliard Homes recent purchase from TfL of TCRW Soho, a £140M residential-led development. TCRW Soho is now scheduled for completion in Summer 2023 and will see the introduction of two new buildings – a new Art Deco style building that will provide 69 apartments and a 7,989sq ft Oxford St retail unit whilst the other will provide 23 apartments and 1,950sq ft of new retail accommodation and kiosks.

Don O’Sullivan, Chief Executive of Galliard Homes, commented: “As the leasing independent builder of new homes for Londoners, Galliard Homes is delighted to be working with Transport for London. TCRW Soho is an example of a best practice residential-led regeneration project, giving the homeowners doorstep access to the West End and Soho.”

Hawkins\Brown are providing the design, whilst Argent Design will provide specification and interior design.
