The pair has launched Souk Al Marfa, a vibrant retail and trading hub that will operate seven days a week, 365 days a year.
Set to be located at Deira, Dubai’s oldest and most traditional trading hub, Souk Al Marfa is due to open in April 2021 and will provide affordable growth opportunities to traders by offering a number of benefits, including 100 per cent foreign ownership, return of profit, office space, showrooms, ancillary retail and F&B facilities.

This is the second partnership between Nakheel and DP World, the first – dragonmart.ae – was launched towards the end of 2020.
