House of Fraser Launches Virtual Beauty Consultation Service

The one-to-one virtual beauty consultations allow customers to connect with experts from brands such as Dior, Clarins, Estee Lauder, Clinique and Guerlain.

The personalised service allows customers who are looking for fragrance, make-up and skincare to book a 20 – 45 minute virtual appointment with qualified experts who can advise them on products and techniques. The brand, owned by Fraser’s Group has commented that the decision to launch the service comes as consumer behaviour continues to change amid the Coronavirus pandemic.

The company said in a press release: “More so than ever, the last year has indicated the importance of having bespoke services available online. Giving customers direct access to virtual consultation as well as virtual beauty events, House of Fraser aims to bring the much sought-after expertise from highly knowledgeable beauty experts, through to the digital shopping experience.”

Alongside the launch of the virtual beauty consultation, House of Fraser remains committed to their beauty masterclasses with names such as Charlotte Tilbury, Tom Ford and Dior.
