The miniature golf course has been designed by Tiger Woods and could be located in a vacant lot in Delray Beach.
The company has put forward a proposal that would see two 18-hole mini golf courses as well as a restaurant open at a vacant lot in Delray Beach. The 4,500sq ft restaurant would be located between the two courses and a 2,000sq ft children’s area complete with pingpong tables, cornhole sets and slides will complete the destination.
PopStroke wrote in the application: “PopStroke will provide a family oriented open-air venue for all ages to enjoy, especially during this time of dealing with Covid-19 when outdoor venues are so important. As an entertainment and dining destination in the northern part of the city, PopStroke will bring activity into the Federal Highway area and will be a catalyst for future development.”
PopStroke currently has two mini-golf courses, one in Port St. Lucie and the other in Fort Myers. The proposal will be reviewed on March 15 by The Delray Beach Planning and Zoning Board, according to their agenda.
