The hamburger restaurant chain has opened of The Fitz IX, its ninth restaurant in the Valencian Community.
The newly-opened location has a surface area of 500sq m and a large outdoor terrace of 50sq m. The restaurant has the capacity of host around 200 customers at any one time who are invited to enjoy the authentic The Fitz experience, characterised by high-quality meals made with the best raw ingredients; professional service and a unique, innovative and disruptive environment.
Each Fitzgerald Burger restaurant is unique and The Fitz IX is an explosion of colour, with tables of different levels creating different environments within the location.
Carlos Gelabert, Founder of The Fitz, commented: “If there is something that defines the spirit of The Fitz, it is our nonconformity. Since the first opening, we have struggled to improve ourselves, to get out of our comfort zone and offer our customers the best of ourselves.
