The American burger chain is set to open a location at the new integrated casino resort, The Londoner.
The new Shake Shack restaurant is scheduled for a soft opening in the middle of the year, however until this time, the brand has collaborated with local illustrator and artist Kun Lam who has introduced a ‘pre-opening mural’ which illustrates Macau’s culture through its use of Azulejos, or Portuguese tiles. In addition to these tiles, street signs adorned with Shake elements have been used to highlight the Shake Shack branding.
Customers can expect to find the brands classic burger range and a new Macau-exclusive menu which will feature items created in conjunction with local producers.
The new restaurant will be operated under a partnership with Maxim’s Caterers, a Hong Kong-based food and beverage company, half owned by Dairy Farm International which already operates stores in Hong Kong.
