Upon completion, Urban Square will be the largest mall in Rajasthan, India, spanning 1.8 million square feet.
Urban Square is Bhumika Group’s first mixed-use development. The project will boast a balanced mix of commercial, retail, hospitality and entertainment to enhance commerce, infrastructure and hospitality standards in the historic city of Udaipur.
Alongside an exciting and vibrant retail offering, Urban Square will feature a 6 screen multiplex, mouth-watering F&B options, a food court, a gaming zone, a bowling alley and much more. The development also includes fully furnished luxury serviced apartments called Urban Suites. The mall will feature integrated technology ensuring a contactless and touch-free experience for guests.
Currently, the civil construction part of the project is over and interior works including painting, wiring and plumbing have begun. Uddhav Poddar, Managing Director at Bhumika Realty has confirmed that the handover process should be completed on time and the mall will open ahead of Diwali (November 4) this year.
