The concept called The Botanic Atrium is expected to open in World Trade Centre Abu Dhabi at the beginning of June 2021.
The space will house a number of Abu Dhabi’s well-loved culinary concepts as well as new up and coming talent. Those already announced for the concept include a sushi counter, Baan Thai, Tamarind Club, Momo’s, Nikawi, Feilong and T’s Tea Bar. The food hall will integrate new technologies that allow customers to experience a number of different food concepts without having to leave their seat at the table.
Co-Founder, Shabaz Rasool explains: “When we visited food halls in the region, we realised that people sometimes compromised by going to the same vendor or wasted time in lines ordering at different restaurants. This is time that could otherwise be spent socialising.”
While the technologies in place are intended to enhance the customer experience, Rasool comments that food will always remain the star of the show, with many new concepts coming to Abu Dhabi and brands offering dishes that will be exclusive to the food hall.
